I am unable to attend a tasting event, can I request a refund?
Yes, if requested within three days or more of the event booked. Although we do offer the opportunity to simply move your seat to a future tasting event.
Are dogs allowed to the tastings?
Licensed service dogs are always welcome. For personal pets, please contact one of our members to enquire about a specific event.
How can I get a list of wines from a certain tasting event?
We post the coming tasting line up for all events in the tickets section and on FaceBook. If you're looking for something in particular, please reach out and we'll help you bottle search!
Can I attend an event if I'm under 18 years of age?
Unfortunately not. We are required by law to only accept persons over the legal drinking age within the UK. Proof of age may be required on site.
Why do your venues change?
Great question! We find it best to move where the people move, using venues that best suit the theme of the event being offered.

Terms & Conditions for WSET courses
Prior to booking and or paying for any WSET Courses, you are required to accept the terms and conditions detailed below.
Once you have read through these terms and conditions, please refer back to your booking form. Thank you.
Payment – Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Course bookings – The latest date for booking onto any of the WSET Awards with Cotswold Wine School is 15 working days in advance of the course commencing. This is to enable the Examinations Officer to have sufficient time for exam paper ordering.
Cancellations – Cancellations of confirmed places are accepted up to 10 working days prior to the start of the course. An administration fee of £15.00 plus the full cost of the study materials will be deducted and the remainder of the fee will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled after the commencement of the course, no refund will be made.
Course fees will be refunded in full if Cotswold Wine School changes or cancels course dates or enrolments do not reach the required minimum numbers. Individuals will be notified 10 working days prior to the intended commencement of the course.
Transfers – wherever possible we will endeavour to transfer the student to another course rather than cancel a booking. This will incur no additional costs or charges. Transfers must take place within the same academic year.
Examination dates are fixed to the course onto which a student books and any transfer to an alternative date will incur an administration charge of £15.00. Such a request must be made in writing 10 working days before the original examination date.
Transfer requests made within 10 working days of the examination will incur the admin charge and the cost of the examination paper which will have been ordered from the WSET Awards.
Delivery of course materials:
WSET Level 1 course materials will be provided to students on the first day of the course. WSET Levels 2 & 3 course materials will be posted to a student’s home address upon confirmation of payment of fees. It is important that the student provides a full delivery address with post code, and that someone is available to receive the parcel. Any materials that are returned as result of a failure of the recipient will result in an additional cost of return being charged.
Age restrictions: Courses are only available to individuals 18 years of age or over.
Proof of Age & Identity: Candidates are required to produce photographic evidence of their age and identity before they are permitted to sit a WSET examination. Failure to do so will result in a candidate not being permitted to take the final exam.
