I am unable to attend a tasting event, can I request a refund?
Yes, if requested within three days or more of the event booked. Although we do offer the opportunity to simply move your seat to a future tasting event.
Are dogs allowed to the tastings?
Licensed service dogs are always welcome. For personal pets, please contact one of our members to enquire about a specific event.
How can I get a list of wines from a certain tasting event?
We post the coming tasting line up for all events in the tickets section and on social media. If you're looking for something in particular, please reach out and we'll help you bottle search!
Can I attend an event if I'm under 18 years of age?
Unfortunately not. We are required by law to only accept persons over the legal drinking age within the UK. Proof of age may be required on site.
Why do your venues change?
Great question! We find it best to move where the people move, using venues that best suit the theme of the event being offered.
