Cotswold Wine School will do everything possible to protect the privacy of all visitors to its website and users of its services. All information will be collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect your email and contact details for purposes of sending your tickets and gift vouchers as well as keeping you informed about the course that you have booked on. You will be automatically enrolled on our monthly newsletter list. If you would prefer not to receive these, you can unsubscribe from this at any time by clicking the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the emails.

Your e-mail address will never be shared or sold to anyone. The e-mail address you give when registering for courses or buying services or gift vouchers will only be used for contacting you about your purchases. Only people who are signed up for our newsletter will receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link visible on each e-mail newsletter.

The information we collect includes that listed below when you register for a course, and some of it when you buy a gift voucher:
Your name and address and sometimes those of other registrants, a contact phone number, your email address.

If you believe that any of the information we have about you is incorrect, please contact us and we will alter the data immediately.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

This means that we have no access to your credit/debit card details and no such details are ever stored by us.
